Because each piece is crafted individually, small variations in color, shape, or texture are part of its charm and not considered defects.

🌷 Returns & Exchanges

We currently do not accept returns or exchanges for handmade items unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Please check all product details before placing your order — we’re happy to answer any questions before you buy.

💝 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at [your email / WhatsApp number] with clear photos of the product and packaging.
Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund, as applicable.

📦 Cancellations

Since every item is made to order, orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
If you need to make changes, please reach out within 2 hours of placing your order, and we’ll do our best to assist if production hasn’t started.

💳 Refund Process

If your refund request is approved, the amount will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
